1. Esther, our sales marketing manager can always be found
2. Hard at work in and out of her office. Esther works independently without
3. wasting company time in the mamak stalls. She never
4. thinks twice about helping fellow employees, and she always
5. finishes assignments on time. Often, she takes extended
6. measures to complete her work, sometimes skipping lunch
7. breaks. She is an employee who has absolutely no
8. vanity, in spite of her accomplishments and profound
9. knowledge and experience in her field. I firmly believe that Esther can be
10. classed as an exemplary employee, the type who cannot be
11. dispensed with. As such I duly recommend that Esther be
12. promoted to Managing Director, and a proposal will be
13. executed as soon as possible.
